About the problem you mentioned, please also carefully read the following instructions: How to use? 1.Please note that before use, please ensure that the power is sufficient. Because the power is insufficient, it cannot generate enough heat, so it cannot curl the eyelashes; 2.Use this eyelash curler to curl lashes before applying mascara to double the curl and keep it in place for longer. Start curling from the root of the eyelashes, clamp for at least 10 seconds, so that the heat can penetrate, then release, curl the rest of the eyelashes according to this step, repeat the above action several times; 3.If you are using a heated eyelash curler for the first time, be careful about its temperature. First select the low temperature mode, try to see if it is acceptable, and if so, try the high temperature mode.
