   Step 1: Brush your hair gently with a wide-tooth comb

   Brush your hair with a wide-tooth comb for the bottom gently and detangle your hair before washing to remove any knots. If you cannot remove the tangles with the extension dry, try again after wetting it with detangling spray. If you still have a stubborn knot, have another try after wetting your hair completely and adding conditioner.

   Step 2: Use mild shampoo and sulfate free conditioner

   Wash your hair with warm water. If the temperature is high, it will cause damage to your extensions. You should make sure that the weft is soaked completely before using mild shampoo to keep it from becoming tangled. Leave the conditioner to soak in for about 15 minutes.

   Step 3: Use your hair care products

   Use a soft towel and pat away excess water. Use your oil or hair mask or other hair care products to nourish your extensions. Wait for the hair to dry naturally instead of using a blow dryer. If it is necessary, gently below-dry them on a low heat setting.
